He didn't ring the bell or knock on the door. He left a card and left. I phoned parcel force straight away and they said they would try to contact the driver and see if he could redeliver. 2 minutes later I had a call to say that he wouldn't. I am severely disabled and now have to try and get to the post office to collect
I will never use parcel force again nor will I buy from companies that use them
