The fitting went well, the clothes were high quality and were actually delivered sooner than expected. A change of size of jacket was smoothly accommodated, the Shrewsbury branch liaised well with other branches and all the personnel concerned were courteous / helpful, even when I thought I'd left some important paperwork in one of the suit jacket pockets , having already handed the items back weeks before. As it turned out, I hadn't, because I found the paperwork in my house later, but Julie went out of her way to search for it at Moss Bros. You couldn't ask for more.
