- Matt McGrath Review added: 2018.07.10★ ★ ★ ★ ★One visit so far, and only for a drink but will be returning to try the food soon. Very promising. Decor is stripped old wood, cast iron, goes well with the building. Lovely bay window at ground floor giving great view to English Bridge and up Wyle Cop. Friendly service, excellent beer (both cask and keg). Menu is refreshing, offering loads of veggie and even vegan stuff, with the option for carnivores to add in animal if desired. Owned/ run by a local guy, not a chain so get in there!
