I have complained over 10 times in two years living here and it continues that the taxis never turn up on time and when you call to complain, the exchange staff, blame you and put the phone down on you as if it is your fault.... We have missed trains for business travel, have got misleading inputs from staff who lie and then hang up on our calls. The staff employed in this company should be sacked for their behavior and treatment of customers and the owner be ashamed of the way the company is being managed. We will never ever call your taxi service again and will make it our mission to get our friends, family and colleagues to not use your taxis ever again.... absolute disgrace of a taxi company in Shrewsbury...........
